Southland

Trevor Hudson has been performing since 2006 in bands such as Losing Lincoln, Hidden Agenda, Damaged Jenny, HWY 6 and more! However, his passion has always been the acoustic guitar and he has been performing acoustically since 2015 at smaller venues all across the area. In late 2024 Trevor joined forces with Dave to form Southland after many years of wanting to perform together onstage due to their common interest in country music and their passion for entertaining an audience! 

Dave Westerholt has been entertaining huge crowds for over 20 years in the band Charm School Dropouts. In Charm School he handles the harmony vocals, lead vocals, rhythm guitar and much more. He created Rum Runner, his acoustic project, to provide country and beach tunes for those in Omaha as a way to provide a vacation for those that were still in town. His upbeat songs and attitude make him a hit at every one of his shows and in Southland he is looking forward to taking the next step in his musical journey!

Elise Korte is a talented singer and performer from Leigh, Nebraska. She has performed in many bands in the area, but her longest run has been with Red Delicious. In this group Elise took on some of the toughest and biggest rock songs from the 80’s, 90’s and beyond. However, she has always been a big fan of country music and she is excited about the opportunity to sing some of her favorite songs by artists like Carrie Underwood, Shania Twain, Lainey Wilson and more! Southland is excited to have Elise on board singing, playing keys and bringing her infectious energy to the stage every night!
